How do I schedule a tour?
Complete the prescreening form first. Include the address of the rental you’re interested in. We’ll review your response and contact you about availability and next steps. A tour request on another listing platform does not replace prescreening.
Is the prescreening a full application?
No. It’s a short initial inquiry to understand your rental needs before scheduling. A full application and any additional screening would be a separate step.
Does it cost anything to submit the inquiry?
No fee is collected for the initial prescreening form. Any later application requirements or fees should be reviewed before completing a full application.
What if I’m asking about general availability?
Enter “Availability inquiry” in the property field. Use the questions field to share your preferred location, monthly rent budget, and number of bedrooms.
Does submitting reserve a property?
No. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a property or guarantee a tour or approval. We’ll contact you about next steps after reviewing your response.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Share the type and number of pets in your inquiry and ask about the specific property’s policy. Assistance animals are not pets and should not be included in the pet response.
